and, on the other hand, persons wishing to make a purchase via the RADIOCOMMANDE.FR website, hereinafter referred to as the "user".
The parties agree that these terms and conditions of sale, available on the date of purchase, exclusively govern their relationship. Should a condition be lacking, it would be considered to be governed by the customs in force in the distance selling sector, for companies headquartered in France.
IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Suppliers and/or manufacturers and importers do not report their inventory or discontinuation of products, as well as price changes, to RADIOCOMMANDE.FR. They do not notify us and are sometimes faced with a fait accompli when a customer places an order and the price has changed or the product is out of stock or no longer manufactured. Our availability information or any other information is that provided by the supplier. We are therefore dependent on them.
We also wish to inform our customers and future customers that with us, "as soon as ordered, as soon as delivered" does not exist. It takes time to process your orders, and the delivery times indicated on the website are indicative. Stress is pointless, but satisfying you with a little more time is our goal! Thank you
PURPOSE
These terms and conditions define the terms of sale between RADIOCOMMANDE.FR and the user, from order placement to after-sales service, including payment and delivery.
These terms and conditions apply exclusively to non-merchant individuals.
Status: RADIOCOMMANDE.FR is not a manufacturer, but a retailer of the products displayed on the website; we are therefore dependent on the hardware manufacturers.
The site is open 7 days a week, and administration and order processing are closed on weekends. 1— ORDERING
The user can place their order:

The order can only be registered on the site if the user has clearly identified themselves by entering their customer ID (email address) and password, which is strictly personal.
Any user of the site who does not have a customer account on RADIOCOMMANDE.FR must follow an online registration procedure. This customer account is personal. The user has the option to modify their cart before final validation, this final step formalizing the sales contract between RADIOCOMMANDE.FR and the user.
Any order signed by the user with a "confirmation click" constitutes irrevocable acceptance that can only be challenged within the limits set forth in these general terms and conditions of sale.
The "confirmation click," combined with the authentication and non-repudiation procedure and the protection of message integrity, constitutes an electronic signature. This electronic signature has the same value between the parties as a handwritten signature.
For payments by check and bank transfer, the order will only be processed after receipt of payment.
The order process: The customer places their order on the website. RADIOCOMMANDE.FR will verify whether the product is in stock on its premises or at the supplier's premises. The customer will receive delivery. Orders are paid for upon placing the order and are debited according to the method used. The customer will be notified by email of the shipment of their order.
If the product is unavailable, RADIOCOMMANDE.FR undertakes to inform the customer. The order will either be maintained by the customer's decision with the specified waiting time, in which case they will be notified by email of the shipment of their package. Or they may exchange for another product. If the customer decides to cancel the order, in which case if the customer paid by check, the check will be canceled; by bank transfer, the transfer will be refunded and PayPal will be credited back to the customer's PayPal account; by credit card, the credit card will be refunded.
RADIOCOMMANDE.FR undertakes to fulfill orders received on the website only within the limits of actual product availability and/or suppliers.
The term "product in stock" or "delivery time" implies that the product requires a certain lead time and/or is either in stock at our premises or at the supplier's. However, between the time the customer places the order and the stock movements at RADIOCOMMANDE.FR or at the manufacturer, the product may no longer be available or require a delay.
In the event of additional delays, only the deadlines imposed by the manufacturer will apply. It should be understood that in this case, RADIOCOMMANDE.FR, like its customers, are dependent on the delivery time provided by the equipment manufacturer. If the product is no longer available, the customer may request a replacement with one or more products of equal value.
A refund may be offered through a credit note on our RADIOCOMMANDE.FR website. We are not manufacturers, but retailers, and therefore dependent on the manufacturers of our profession. Even though we regularly check the availability of products from manufacturers, RADIOCOMMANDE.FR cannot be held responsible for the temporary, partial, total, or permanent unavailability of one or more products from a supplier.

Products on SALE or PROMOTION are not refundable. A credit note may be issued if the product is unsuitable or damaged during shipping. This credit note will be given to the customer upon return of the product.
In the event of a manufacturer or supplier holiday, which would require additional time, an order cannot be refunded for this reason. Suppliers often do not provide us with their holiday dates.

2 — PRICES
Product prices are those valid at the time they are posted online. They are therefore non-binding and subject to upward or downward changes due to exchange rate fluctuations or changes in manufacturer and supplier prices.
In the case of a remote purchase, online, or mail order, without your consent, we will not send you a modified item or one at a different price than the one ordered and listed on the RADIOCOMMANDE.FR website.
3 — ORDER PROCESSING
In the event of an obvious pricing error in the online catalog (a price that is ridiculously low compared to the actual value of the product, errors generally due to temporary technical problems) or if the product is unavailable from the supplier, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
Should such an event occur, the customer will be contacted in advance by telephone or email by our mail order department. A credit note will be offered.
All offers presented on the website are only valid while stocks last.

4 — DELIVERY
The delivery time indicated on the website or in the product sheet is indicative and is entirely dependent on significant weather conditions, traffic disruptions, and holiday periods. Delivery will be made in France and worldwide.
For deliveries in mainland France, please allow approximately one week (excluding public holidays) between the day we receive your order and the day you are delivered to your home, taking into account the carrier's delivery time.
In other words, the days spent on processing your order or preparing the order cannot be included in this delivery time. These delivery times cannot be applied if the ordered items are unavailable. They obviously only apply to deliveries in mainland France.
Before choosing this option, check item availability online.
If our delivery times seem too long, please do not hesitate to call us. It may be that your order could not be processed as we would have liked, or that your package was shipped but did not reach you. Despite our best efforts, we cannot control the entire distribution chain.
We will then try to find a solution together to satisfy you.
In any event, RADIOCOMMANDE.FR cannot be held liable for any damage or injury that may arise in the event of late delivery or non-delivery of products ordered and shipped by an independent carrier.
Depending on your choice of shipping method and the items ordered (weight, volume), either the Post Office or a carrier will deliver your order.
